How do I set up an appointment ?
Setting up an appointment is fairly easy. Fill out our “contact us today” form including your name, email, phone, address, reason for consultation, and time frame. You can also give us a call and well be more happy to set up an appointment with one of our roof specialists.
Can I send photos of my concern?
Of course, we can receive photos. Often times this is the homeowner’s best way to communicate a concern that they might have. This can either be a water stain on the ceiling or an area of concern on the roof. This might be the best option for customers with a busy schedule who just want insight on whether to pursue with a full consultation.
When does the process start?
Once the contract and permit application are signed, the process has begun. Depending on the city, the permit process may take longer than others; Once the permit is received a work schedule will be confirmed and the work shall commence accordingly.
Can I schedule appointments at odd times? Im only available at odd times in the morning or night.
Of course. We understand that customers have their own schedules and we do everything possible in order to accommodate those needs.
Do I have to be home during the install?
No you do not have to be home. Only in special circumstances, is it necessary for you to be home. Of course you will need to be home for the initial consulation but once the contract is signed, the work will be able to be completed without you being home.
Who makes the decisions about my case?
In a criminal case you decide whether to: go to trial or plead guilty, have jury trial or a bench trial, testify or maintain your right to be silent. In a civil case your lawyer should consult with you before making any settlement decision.
